I am working with Mindful Therapy Pacific NW which allows me to take a limited number of insurance paying clients. You may

Cancellation Policy

• To provide the best care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any
  appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply.

• I understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. In such cases, you may cancel up to three times without being
  charged, even if it's within the 24-hour window.

• After the third emergency-related late cancellation, the standard $100 fee will apply to any future short-notice cancellations.
