Education and Credentials

My path began with formal training—I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Addictions from Lewis and Clark College, where I studied the science of the mind, the patterns of human behavior, and the many ways healing can unfold. Years with only textbooks and case studies for company, and a lot of coffee.

Along the way, I’ve gathered a toolkit full of powerful modalities to support transformation and growth. I’m EMDR- trained, helping clients safely reprocess and release trauma held in the body, by clearing out the old energy of long- forgotten experiences. I also draw on CBT, somatic practices, and mindfulness, grounding each session in presence, curiosity, and care.

My work is trauma-informed, affirming, and always evolving. I believe in blending cultural wisdom with modern science—and I stay committed to learning, growing, and deepening my practice, both through ongoing training and intuitive knowing. Each client brings their own light, and my role is to help you rediscover it.
